Position

Inside Sales Representative

Summary

An Inside Sales Representative works from our offices in Cary, NC and is responsible for calling prospective clients from within our CRM, delivering our message and booking appointments for outside sales where appropriate. 

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Actively participates in weekly sales meeting
  • Follows Inside Sales procedures
  • Actively participates in training and peer group
  • Ensure all documentation is updated in a timely manner
  • Call local businesses and set appointment for outside sales team
  • Meets performance goals and objectives
    • Makes 75-100 calls per day
    • Speaks with 7-10 business owners per day
    • Sets 3-5 appointments per week
Expectations
  • Dresses in a manner that professionally represents Technology Associates.
  • Is punctual and makes commitments.
  • Appropriate interpersonal and written and verbal communications skills.
  • Becomes a student of their craft through self-evaluation and on-going learning
